Evernote | A Great Tool for Realtors

by Matthew Rathbun on July 7, 2010

Evernote.com is a great free tool for agents.  It’s original purpose is to organize and filter notes from your meetings or classes and it’s a great tool for that.  However, I’ve found it to be a fantastic tool for tracking information for the Real Estate Agent.  This video tutorial shows some great aspects of Evernote and how agents can use it to sync information with your phone and computer.

From Their Site:

Capture Everything

Chances are, if you can see it or think of it, Evernote can help you remember it. Type a text note. Clip a web page. Snap a photo. Grab a screenshot. Evernote will keep it all safe.

Organize It

Everything you capture is automatically processed, indexed, and made searchable. If you like, you can add tags or organize notes into different notebooks.

Find Anything Fast

Search for notes by keywords, titles, and tags. Evernote magically makes printed and handwritten text inside your images searchable, too.
