Last night I found a website that appears to be sponsored by the Prince William Association of REALTORS in northern Virginia. The site is free to Realtors and you don’t need to be a member of PWAR to use it.
The site is a tool that summarizes commonly used links for Realtors, from the lockbox system to MLS and an entire list of affiliates. It’s a great way to keep an updated, easy to find list instead of searching for booklets or emailing every agent in the world looking for a service provider. The site also has a pretty thorough list of utility companies, news outlets and streaming news/radio channels.
There are also some links to great social media tools like NAR’s blogs, PWAR’s twitter stream and more.
