In addition to the Coldwell Banker Elite agents who are becoming the President and Vice President of the Fredericksburg Realtor Association, there will be an CBE agent at the helm of the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association in 2011.
Danna Middleton from the Spotsylvania office will become the first female President of the Builders Association.
Danna has been in the real estate industry since 1985. She started leasing commercial office space and later went to work for NVHomes, selling new homes in the Northern Virginia market. She has been awarded Salesperson of the Year by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association in 1988, and in 1998 awarded New Homes Sales Manager of the Year. She was the first Vice President of Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA). In 1993, she and her husband started Charleston Company Homebuilders.
FABA’s Ball and President’s installation will be on January 14th, 2011 at 6:30pm at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House and Conference Center. You can get more information from the FABA website.
