Assessments

Coldwell Banker Elite is very dedicated to the success of our Associates and we feel that proper assessments of personality and skill gifting is a great place to start.  The following two assessments will help gauge areas where you excel and where you also may need some extra attention.  The Personality assessment takes about 10 minutes and the skills assessment takes about 30.   Both are very accurate and are great tools!

Agent Development

While other companies may say that they offer agent training, Coldwell Banker Elite really does.  We offer free Continuing Education, Post Licensing and Broker Management renewal classes.  Additionally we’re offering National designation classes at low cost to cover materials and royalties.

We are going to continue to maintain our already active training schedule on technology and company tools to make sure that everyone is up to date and prepared for today’s challenging market!

We have full time staff dedicated to the agent’s success.  Our Marketing and Education staff hold routine classes on marketing concepts, tools, technology, sales techniques and  business planning.  Education opportunities are given in classrooms, webinars and even one-on-one.  We’ll guide you through the sometimes difficult process of learning all that you need to know to be a success in Real Estate!
