Virginia Principals and Practice of Real Estate
In a day when the Real Estate industry is facing significant challenges while representing clients, it’s 
essential to give new licensees a solid foundation. Traditionally the pre-licensing program has been a “test prep”. Coldwell Banker Elite and Four Pillars Education, Inc’s Pre-License program does prepare the student for passing the Virginia Real Estate Licensing test, but also how to find a broker, market themselves and run their business.
The program will meet three evenings a week from 6pm till 10pm for a period of 5 weeks. A detailed timed outline is below. Students will be give reading assignments from two primary text books.
Cost: $299 which includes books and materials.
