Coldwell Banker Elite now uses Microsoft Hosted Business Exchange 365 for our email, address book and calendar solution.
Once you have received your temporary password, visit login.microsoftonline.com and use your email address as your login name and the temporary password that was provided to you. You will be prompted to create a new password. The new password will need to have one capital letter and either a number of character.
