Welcome to the 2012 Generation Blue Experience in New Orleans!

The Generation Blue Experience — or Gen Blue for short — is the annual event from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and is different than your traditional conference. And on the heels of the incredibly successful first Generation Blue Experience event that took place in Las Vegas in February 2011, we are excited to take Gen Blue to the next level in New Orleans!

Gen Blue embodies the mindset that is prevalent throughout the Coldwell Banker network. It highlights the pillars of our brand: legacy, global network and innovation. Gen Blue is THE experience that Coldwell Banker agents, managers and brokers who want to move their business forward, connect with other real estate professionals across the globe and stay on the pulse of what’s next in technology and our industry.

Education Elite Program Policies

  1. Registration is open till 3 days prior to the class, at which point there must be 8 people registered online in order to hold the class
  2. Anyone who registers but does not attend will be invoiced $10 to their agent account.  Exceptions will be case by case and will generally only be considered with true emergency issues.
  3. For Certifications, Designations and CE classes students must attend on time and remain in the class.  Anyone missing more than 10 minutes will not be able to receive credit for the course.  This is a DPOR regulation and not an internal policy.
  4. Classes that carry a fee do so to cover minimal program charges and royalties.  Cancellation and reimbursement requests will be granted up till one week prior to the class.
  5. Programs are sponsored by Coldwell Banker Elite and presented through Four Pillars Education, Inc.
