In order to make sure you have everything you need when writing a listing or an offer to purchase, we have setup form templates for several different types of transactions.  These templates are found in your Zipforms Accounts and are easy to access.

Docusign is a great tool for Real Estate agents, but not everyone takes advantage of all the applications.  This brief tutorial demonstrates how to setup a document to be signed by all the parties and deliver a copy to the Office Administrator for the master file.

This is great for sending out a simple document like a Listing Addendum or Buyer Agency Agreement.  Using the routing system you can setup the document to go first to the signers (your clients) and then to the Broker and then a copy to the Admin – all at the same time.  This takes away the need to handle the document more than once!

I constantly hear people complaining about the number of passwords that they are expected to remember and if you’re trying to find that serial number for your software, forget about it.  There is a great solution that I’ve used for a long time.  Check out 1Password.

Awesome Graphics Made Easy

Sometimes you just need to add a few filters and features to make your advertisement photos pop.   Of course we can’t change anything material in a photo, but that doesn’t stop us from enhancing the richness of a pictures or even the focal point.

Picnik.com was once a great and popular site for doing this, but as Google sunsets that project, we’re left looking for alternatives.

Picmonkey, is a free and very easy to use alternative for Picnik.  It has many more features, doesn’t require a login account and there are no upgrade fees.

There are tons of features and countless combinations, so go take a look.  Some of the options have little crowned monkey icons, so I assume those are future premium products and you’ll probably see a paid upgrade in the future.  However, for now it’s free and there for you to take advantage of!
